Preparation and Properties of High Temperature Resistant Coatings

A high temperature resistant coating based on epoxy modified silicone resin and several oxides, silicon carbide and talc as filler was prepared. The coating was applied to the surface of the steel plate and dried to form a high temperature resistant coating. The material was studied. The effects of the components on the high temperature resistance of the coating optimize the formulation and process. The coating formed by the high temperature resistant coating prepared under the optimized formula is tested for high temperature resistance, and the heat resistant temperature can reach 600 ℃.
