Effects of the Oxidisation Degree and Content of Graphene on the Anticorrosion Properties of Waterborne Zinc-Based Coatings

Three graphene oxides with different degrees of oxidation were prepared,which were used to modify the epoxy zinc-based coatings. The properties of the modified coatings were studied by salt spray test,electrochemical test,impact resistance and adhesion test. The results showed that the graphene oxide modified epoxy zinc-based coatings with lower oxidation degree provided the best performance. The effects of the content of graphene oxideand zinc powder on the corrosion resistance and mechanical properties of the coatings were investigated.
